Eliama Agency provides intelligent agent development, custom AI systems, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Eliama Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Custom agents and systems developed for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required as specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eliama Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
